As the Photography Production Assistant you will oversee and manage the co-ordination of samples and support the Photography Production Manager with the planning and coordinating of photography and online image requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sample ordering and delivery is in line with critical path deadlines.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to understand range direction and customer requirements.
  • Manage the sampling process from preparing weekly chasers, to reviewing, and reporting on development progress.
  • Document and maintain a tracking system of samples.
  • Receive new samples into the eCommerce inventory and prepare them for studio.
  • Act as the expert on all samples for the allocated division.
  • Produce Shoot Packs for photo shoots when required.

Qualifications

  • Commercial experience.
  • Administratively very strong, organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge & experience of Google Drive – particularly Google Sheets & Google Slides.
  • Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
