As the Photography Production Assistant you will oversee and manage the co-ordination of samples and support the Photography Production Manager with the planning and coordinating of photography and online image requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sample ordering and delivery is in line with critical path deadlines.
- Participate in strategy meetings to understand range direction and customer requirements.
- Manage the sampling process from preparing weekly chasers, to reviewing, and reporting on development progress.
- Document and maintain a tracking system of samples.
- Receive new samples into the eCommerce inventory and prepare them for studio.
- Act as the expert on all samples for the allocated division.
- Produce Shoot Packs for photo shoots when required.
Qualifications
- Commercial experience.
- Administratively very strong, organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel.
- Knowledge & experience of Google Drive – particularly Google Sheets & Google Slides.
- Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
