Matalan is seeking a Trainee Designer to support the Design team in developing seasonal ranges and building core design, technical, and commercial capability.
You will work with Designers and cross-functional partners, gaining industry experience within the Design and wider Product Team.
You will learn to develop technical packs, assist with product development, and participate in sign-offs and supplier meetings, while building an understanding of trade performance and design decisions.
