About The Role

You will be responsible for developing automated reporting solutions, analysing large datasets, and delivering clear, commercially focused insights that support profitability and long‑term growth. Key Responsibilities
- Developing and automating reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Analysing store performance, commercial, financial, and distribution centre data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic decision‑making.
- Evaluating KPIs, customer behaviour, store investments, and operational performance.
- Delivering advanced analysis on trials, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Supporting operational efficiency improvements and risk management through data insights.

- Supporting and mentoring junior analysts where required.
About You
You will be an experienced Data Analyst with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic business decisions. Ideally, you will have experience working within a retail, commercial, or operational environment and be confident working independently within a newly established role. You will have advanced technical skills across Power BI, SQL, and Excel, with a proven ability to build automated reporting solutions and analytical frameworks from scratch.
