As an Assistant Designer at Matalan, you will support the delivery of seasonal ranges and take day-to-day ownership of defined product areas within a category, translating trend and customer insight into commercially relevant product. You will work closely with Designers and Buying to build balanced, commercially aligned assortments and assist with product development through the supply base.
You will attend selection, sign-off and fit sessions, supporting preparation and follow-up actions.
