Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Online Trading Assistants to support the accurate setup and maintenance of products from Dropship brands across all categories.
- Accurately list new products on the website, ensuring all information (titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery and pricing) is correctly entered into the system.
- Liaise with the Internal Dropship team to obtain missing product data, clarify information, or resolve specification queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with product updates and change requests, ensuring edits are completed quickly and accurately with minimal disruption to the live site.
- Support image handling by uploading brand assets and basic editing or reformatting where needed to meet site standards.
- Work cross‑functionally with the Online Trading team to ensure product readiness for launches, campaigns and key commercial moments.
- Help monitor enrichment queues and raise technical or data issues with the Online Product and platform team as needed.
- Maintain high standards of product data quality, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all listings.
- Keep documentation and trackers up to date to support internal reporting and performance visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience in a data entry, product administration or e-commerce support role.
- Confident using spreadsheets (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets) to input and manage data.
- Comfortable working with digital systems or content management tools (CMS/PIM).
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks with care.
- Experience working with product data or supporting an e‑commerce team (preferred but not essential).
- A team player with a proactive and dependable approach to getting tasks done.
