You will lead the social media, PR and influencer strategy and execution for the Matalan business, shaping how the brand shows up across every major platform. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a distinctive, emotionally engaging brand presence that reconnects with customers, drives consideration and supports ambitious business growth plans. As Head of Social PR & Influencer, you will define and deliver the long-term creative and strategic vision across social media, PR and influencer marketing. You will combine creative instinct with commercial thinking to build a social-first brand presence that drives engagement, relevance and market share growth.

Working closely with brand, digital and content teams, you will lead the development of integrated campaigns, oversee influencer partnerships and agency relationships, and ensure Matalan remains culturally relevant across platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys experimentation and innovation, and can inspire both teams and stakeholders through clear strategic direction.
