Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and reliable service to customers who are at the heart of everything we do. Act as a customer advisor, achieving sales while living our Matalan Values; maintain a high performing, energetic and adaptable energy; ensure the in-store customer experience is at the forefront of our work.
- Operate across the shop floor, till area and stock room; support restocking shelves, updating displays, and participating in promotional activities.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations; process transactions; maintain a clean and organized store environment.
