Working Pattern: Part‑time.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Hours: 8.0 hours per week.

About the role: You will provide efficient, reliable service to customers, acting as a customer advisor and keyholder. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high‑quality customer service and achieving sales targets while embodying Matalan values.
  • Supporting the store management team and occasionally taking sole responsibility for opening/closing procedures.
  • Guiding colleagues, developing leadership skills, and driving colleague performance.
  • Working across the shop floor, till area, and stock room in a fast‑paced retail environment.
