About The Role
As a General Sales Assistant - Keyholder within our stores, you will be delivering an efficient and reliable service to our customers who are at the heart of everything we do. You will be a customer advisor achieving our sales whilst living our Matalan Values; maintaining a high performing, energetic and adaptable energy all whilst making sure that our customers' experience in-store is at the forefront of our work.
In addition, you will support the management team where required, and at times have sole responsibility with store open/close procedures, helping guide your colleagues and gaining exposure to build leadership capabilities, driving store and colleague performance, and championing our customer service in store.
You will have great exposure to a fast-paced retail sales environment; working across the shop floor.
