We are looking for a DC Stock Control Clerk to join our Corby Distribution Centre team, supporting the Stock Control Manager in the smooth, safe and efficient running of the department. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong administrative support and ensuring stock integrity across the site.
Shift pattern: Rotating days – Green Shift: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00. Working on a 5 from 7 rota (Monday to Sunday pattern, including weekends on rotation).
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the SWTM / Stock Control Manager to maintain high levels of stock accuracy and stock file integrity in line with business standards.
- Managing stock records using WM / Nova systems and the PI system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensuring audit trails are correctly followed, while actively identifying opportunities to improve processes where possible.
- Contributing to overall DC performance by consistently meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
- Taking prompt action to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, helping to minimise stock loss across the site.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety for yourself and others, including correct use of PPE at all times.
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and compliant with a strong “clean as you go” approach.
- Following all site security procedures to ensure a safe and controlled working environment.

- Previous warehouse experience.
- Prior administration experience.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
- Good numerical skills.
- Good PC skills in Excel, Word and other Microsoft based applications.
- Prior knowledge of WMS / Nova and associated systems and interfaces.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working under pressure.
- Ability to cope with multiple tasks.
- Good organisation and prioritising skills.
