As Commercial Loyalty Assistant you will support the Loyalty Manager in the delivery of a profitable loyalty P&L enabling the commercial targets for Matalan Me. Working with Commercial Finance to report performance of loyalty benefits on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Set up, test and implement discount codes and promotions for broadcast and targeted activity. Ensure Reward account functionality and journeys are as required for each campaign. Own the store communication brief for new offers and trade driving activity.
Work with Trade planning & Merchandising and Brand to recommend, forecast, measure and deliver the loyalty promotional strategy. Work cross-functionally with trade planning, merchandising and brand to recommend and deliver attractive offers for loyalty customers (both broadcast and discreet personalised offers). Work with Commercial Finance to forecast and measure the performance of Matalan Me benefits.
