We are looking for a Site Operative to join us at Mat The Brick, small, well-established bricklaying firm working across both domestic and commercial properties. You will be based on domestic properties in and around Codsall.
We have a skilled workforce covering bricklaying, demolition and groundworks and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service on every project.
At Mat The Brick, we’re looking for a Site Operative with:
- Knowledge of Building Regulation/Codes
- Previous site experience (bricklaying preferably but will consider all)
- Your own tools
- Your own transport (a van preferred)
As Site Operative, your responsibilities include working across the full project, including:
- Brickwork (skilled, hands-on experience if possible)
- Demolition and structural works, including steelwork
- Property alterations
- Groundworks and excavations
- Drainage works
Additional details:
- Full-time position
- Pay rate: £150 – £220 per day (CIS)
