We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SENCO to join a progressive school in Tottenham, on a full-time and permanent basis, from January 2025 . The successful candidate will manage the SEND provision across the academy, enhancing the learning experience for students with special educational needs and disabilities. The school will also welcome Interim applications as well as permanent. Your role as SENCO is to: Lead the SEND team effectively. Raise and maintain standards across the school as well as raising the profile of the SEND within the academy. Provide a high quality provision and lead the delivery of consistently good and outstanding teaching and learning opportunities. To strategically plan for the development of the following areas demonstrating impact of these on learning and progress of pupils Create and engaging environment for learners of all abilities You will be joining a strong and supportive team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, who works hard to ensure that every student has a fantastic access to education and is provided with the relevant support required.
