We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Learning for Technology to join a fantastic school in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both D.T. (Design Technology) and Art, with proven experience in leading and managing these departments. This is a permanent, full-time position beginning from January 2025.

Lead and manage the D.T. and Art departments, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

Develop and implement innovative curriculum strategies in Technology, D.T., and Art.

Mentor and support teachers within the departments to enhance their professional growth.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching practices and student outcomes.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.

Extensive experience in teaching and leading D.T. and Art.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Ability to develop and implement curriculum strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
