The Management Training Programme is now looking for applicants for Operational, Commercial & Engineering based roles to help deliver our business goals of the future.
The Management Training Programme will consist of a 12-24 month period individually tailored for each successful applicant.
Your placements can cover all disciplines and business areas but will be adapted to fit your career aspirations and our business growth.
Secondment to different parts of the MAT Foundry Group (various locations around the world) will be integral to successful completion.
We are seeking ambitious, focussed individuals looking to make a difference and have an impact in a global organisation.
Excellent training and the chance to travel and work in different locations will provide you with the opportunity to view how the larger business operates.

Requirements / Skills
- Degree qualified (or EU/International standard equivalent) or have the relevant business/technical experience for this programme.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels in English (verbal and written).
- Methodical, hardworking and enthusiastic.
- Strong team player but also able to lead own initiatives.
- Ambition, intellect and commercial acumen.
- Confidence to travel independently.
- A second language would be advantageous although not essential.
Upon successful completion of the Management Training Programme the Company will place you in a role within the MAT Foundry Group suitable for your skills and attributes.
