Our client, a well-established distribution company, is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join their team. The role involves a mix of sales development, client relationship management, and hands-on marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Research potential customers and reach out to open new accounts monthly
- Drive monthly sales by promoting
- Maintain regular contact with current customers
- Reactivate dormant accounts and track purchasing trends
- Support with daily order processing and help promote slow-moving stock
- Create and post engaging content on social media several times per week
- Write monthly blog posts and email newsletters
- Design marketing materials, catalogues, for promotions and campaigns
What We're Looking For:
- Essential:
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent communication skills by phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
- Confident using a computer and general office software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
