They are seeking a Cleaner to join their team. This role is vital in helping them maintain their high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be based in the local area and contribute to creating spotless environments for the clients. You must also have a full UK driving licence and a minimum of 12 months experience. Uniform will be provided, and advanced DBS checks are carried out.
Hours
The hours are Monday to Thursday, the first Friday of the month, and every other Saturday. They range from 23.5 to 27.5 hours. You will also be required to cover for any holidays or sickness and carry out any additional cleaning as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to communal stairwells in tenanted properties, offices including meeting rooms, kitchen areas, toilets.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all tasks meet company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or related roles is essential; training will be provided.
- Valid driving licence is essential.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Physical fitness and being able-bodied to perform cleaning duties, as this job is very physical.
Schedule
- Monday β 7:30am to 12:00noon.
- Tuesday β 7:00am to 1:00pm.
- Wednesday β 6:00am to 2:00pm.
- Thursday β 8:00am to 1:00pm.
- Friday β 8:00am to 12:00noon (this is for the 1 week of the month only).
- Every other Saturday β 2 hours only.
Pay
Pay rates are Β£12.25 to Β£12.50.
