The Role As a CNC Laser Operative, you will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machinery to produce components accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your duties will include: * Setting and operating CNC laser cutting machines * Loading and unloading sheet metal and other materials * Selecting and running the correct programmes for production requirements * Reading and interpreting engineering and technical drawings * Checking measurements, dimensions and specifications * Carrying out quality checks on completed components * Identifying and reporting any defects or production issues * Monitoring machinery during the cutting process * Ensuring components are produced accurately and within required tolerances * Completing production work within agreed timescales * Following all company Health
