We are a recruitment agency currently working on behalf of a well-established company in Burnley that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer seeking a long-term role within a supportive and professional environment. The role will involve regular attendance at the Burnley office, with hybrid working available.
The successful candidate will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold purchases and sales
- Re-mortgages
- All substantive conveyancing work from instruction through to completion
You will be supported by an established team who will assist with file opening and post-completion matters, including registrations.
