We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our team. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing diagnostics and repairs to all makes of vehicles. The right candidate should be motivated, have a positive outlook, and be able to work as part of a team.
Duties:
- Diagnostics, servicing & all aspects of vehicle repairs.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and perform repairs efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior technicians.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
