About the opportunity: We’re experiencing significant growth in the Illawarra region, with ongoing work and new opportunities emerging. As a result, we are calling for Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Administrators ready to be part of a long-term future with a stable, well-established industry leader. Ideally, you have supported mine site project teams before.

Our Site Administrators are the backbone of our operations, and these roles will be critical in the successful delivery of our projects. You will report into a Project Manager but also have direct support from our Corporate Finance function. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across a diverse range of tasks, including:

  • Invoicing and WIP management;
  • Accounts receivable & debtor management;
  • Payroll functions including processing weekly site timesheets;
  • Roster allocation management;
  • General administrative support to the project management team.

About you: We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with the following:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills;
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability;
  • Previous experience in a similar site-based administrative role (highly regarded);
  • Exposure to finance admin functions (desirable);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto or INX (desirable);
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously;
  • Valid ID and Work Rights in Australia.
