About the opportunity:

As we establish our team at this exciting new project, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Administrator to support the successful delivery of our operations at Dendrobium. Reporting to the Project Manager, with direct support from our Corporate Finance function, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the site team. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a mine site or project-based environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

  • Invoicing and WIP management;
  • Accounts receivable & debtor management;
  • Manage and coordinate key payroll functions, including the accurate and timely processing of weekly timesheets for a large workforce of 100+ employees;
  • Roster allocation management;
  • General administrative support to the project management team.

About you:

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with the following:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills;
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability;
  • Previous experience in a similar site-based administrative role (highly regarded);
  • Exposure to finance admin functions (desirable);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto or INX (desirable);
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously;
  • Valid ID and Work Rights in Australia.
