Position Overview
As Service Coordinator, you will be a central point of contact for our Rest of World (ROW) customers and service partners, coordinating and progressing service enquiries from start to resolution. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience through effective case management, collaboration, and timely communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate ROW service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout.
- Maintain accurate records of all service cases within CRM and tracking systems.
- Provide proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Parts, Technical Support, Sales, Warranty, Production, Engineering) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with global service partners to support onsite servicing and repairs.
- Monitor case progress, identifying delays, trends, or recurring issues and escalating where appropriate.
- Support service reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the Service department.
