Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, helping to keep projects on track
  • Organise and maintain digital asset libraries (e.g. SharePoint and our dealer/customer portal), ensuring files are clearly named, tagged and easy to find
  • Make routine website updates, including updating existing pages and building new ones within the HubSpot CMS
  • Support foundational SEO activities such as updating metadata and internal links
  • Assist with paid search optimisation across keywords, bids, ad creative and landing pages to support performance
  • Upload pre-approved videos to YouTube, optimising titles and descriptions for visibility
  • Support the planning and organisation of global events and tradeshows
  • Co-ordinate video and photoshoots at MasterMover HQ and customer sites
  • Maintain and update contact and company records within the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Manage invoice administration within the marketing team, including raising purchase orders (POs) and supporting budget tracking
  • Schedule and publish approved content across social media channels
