You will play a key role in supporting compliance and protecting the Company by ensuring HR systems, data, and processes are accurate, organised, and up to date. Working within the HR team, you will take ownership of essential administrative and coordination tasks that underpin effective people management and governance. From maintaining records and supporting audits to improving systems and reporting, your attention to detail and interest in how businesses operate will help ensure MasterMover remains compliant, efficient, and well-supported as it continues to grow.
This 12-18-month apprenticeship allows you to earn while you learn and complete a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You will gain practical experience supporting HR and compliance activities, working on projects, managing data, and improving processes. Along the way, you will develop valuable skills in reporting, communication, organisation, and problem-solving - building a strong foundation for a wide range of business roles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and compliance records, ensuring data integrity across systems
- Support HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
- Assist with compliance-related documentation, audits, and policy updates
- Prepare and generate HR reports, dashboards, and management information
- Help identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate training records, absence tracking, and other employee administration tasks
- Support the HR team with general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Contribute to work-based projects as part of the apprenticeship, focused on improving HR processes or compliance
- Act as a point of contact for basic HR and compliance queries, escalating where appropriate
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and business information
