Can you take a complex idea and make it effortless to grasp? Does turning a campaign vision into reality bring out your best work? From storyboard to screen, we're looking for a Multimedia Specialist with deep CGI experience to lead our animation and video editing function. If you're the kind of person who can make a piece of industrial engineering look exciting, we want to hear from you.

The role MasterMover is a fast-growing global manufacturer of electric tugs and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and we're looking for a Multimedia Specialist to bring our products, technology and brand to life through CGI animation and video. Our solutions are trusted by the biggest manufacturing brands to move a wide range of loads from car bonnets to rockets and vaccine manufacturing equipment. Recognised with The King's Award for Enterprise - Innovation, we're a true leader in our field; developing advanced technologies that change how loads are moved in factories. We're looking for someone to help us bring our most impressive technologies to life through the medium of animation.

You'll be the person who takes a complex concept and turns it into content that stops people scrolling. From deep-dive explainer videos to trade show visuals and punchy advertising clips, you'll own the creative process end-to-end from concept and production through to delivery. You won't just be making things look good. You'll be making complex engineering make sense, and you'll be doing it in a way that lands the customer benefit in seconds.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating clear, high-quality 3D animations that bring product functionality, new technology and real-world applications to life
  • Building animations across a range of formats, including product launch assets, trade show visuals, explainer videos, sales materials, promotional content
  • Leading video production end to end: storyboarding, filming, directing, editing, motion graphics, post-production and publishing
  • Combining video and animation into product marketing assets that reflect our brand and speak to customer benefits
  • Adapting content for social: short-form video, dynamic graphics, the lot
  • Partnering with engineers, product managers and sales to get the technical detail right
  • Managing external suppliers and freelancers where you need extra hands
  • Keeping our visual brand consistent and our asset library in order
  • Staying organised behind the scenes with consistent naming structures, version control, language variants and well-managed file storage

Who you are:

  • A self-starter who takes an idea and runs with it. You spot problems early and solve them without waiting to be asked
  • A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and high standards; you're not satisfied until every frame is right
  • Strong 3D animation and CGI skills, ideally in Blender, Autodesk (or similar)
  • Confident with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
  • A portfolio that proves you can turn complex, technical subjects into content people want to watch
  • Experience running projects end-to-end
  • Experience creating content for industrial or technical products, or the curiosity to quickly get to grips with how complex kit works
  • A degree in Film/Media Production, Motion Graphics or Marketing is a nice-to-have but not essential. We care more about what's in your showreel than what's on your CV.
