Overview
You will play a vital part in our aftersales experience, engaging with customers to drive contract and warranty sales while supporting their ongoing service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial After-Sales Contact: Act as the first point of contact for new customers post-purchase, introducing support options and building long-term relationships
- Contract & Warranty Upselling: Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling service contracts and extended warranties within pre-agreed guidelines
- Customer Liaison: Be the link between the customer and our service team, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
- Service Support: Assist with customer queries, service control coordination, and end-user training bookings
- Customer Retention: Support existing customers with their ongoing service needs, contributing to retention and customer satisfaction
