Position Overview: This is a remote, field-based role whereyou'lltake ownership of a defined territory, managing strategic customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.You'llact as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, working closely with customers to understand their manufacturing processes, operationalchallengesand material handling requirements before recommending tailored MasterMover solutions.
Managing opportunities frominitialenquiry through site surveys, solution development, commercialnegotiationand final order,you'll play a key role in delivering sustainable sales growth and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing strategic and key customer accounts across the South of England.
- Identify,qualifyand develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Deliver consultative, solution-led sales by understanding customer applications, operationalchallengesand engineering requirements.
- Lead project opportunities frominitialenquiry through site surveys, technical solution development, proposal presentation, commercialnegotiationand successful order.
- Conduct customer site visits, applicationassessmentsand product demonstrations.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- MaintainaccurateCRM records, pipelinemanagementand sales forecasting.
- Develop expert knowledge of the MasterMover product range,applicationsand technical capabilities.
- Work closely with Engineering and Applications teams to develop technicallyappropriate customersolutions.
- Interpret customer technical requirements and communicate them effectively across internal teams.
- Support project implementation and customer handover whererequired.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends toidentifygrowth opportunities.
Who weβre looking for:
We're looking for a technically minded, commercially driven sales professional who can combine strong customer relationship skills with the ability to understand complex engineering challenges. You'll be equally comfortable developing new business, managing strategic accounts and working alongside customers, Engineering and Applications teams to deliver tailored material handling solutions. With the ability to translate customer requirements into technically appropriate solutions, you'll act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, from initial concept through to successful implementation.
You will bring:
- Proven success in B2B or industrial sales witha track recordof delivering revenue growth.
- Experience managing strategic or key customer accounts.
- Experience selling technical,engineeredor capital equipment into manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience managing long sales cycle, project-led sales opportunities.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering applications and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation,communicationand relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial judgement and solution-selling capability.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence both technical and commercial decision-makers.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently across a large territory.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the South of England.
