Position Overview

You will be the face of MasterMover’s compact range in the UK, driving sales across your territory. This is a hands‑on, field-based role focused on responding to enquiries, identifying new opportunities, visiting customer sites, and delivering engaging product demonstrations. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help translate product features into clear, practical benefits that solve real operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage leads and enquiries for the compact product range, taking ownership of the sales process from initial discussion through to sale
  • Visit customer sites to carry out assessments, demonstrations, and product trials
  • Understand customer operations and recommend suitable compact machine solutions
  • Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers when supporting larger or strategic accounts
  • Provide technical insight to support quotations, rentals, and solution design
  • Identify and communicate cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to maximise customer value
  • Deliver operator training and handover support where required
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with internal sales, service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Who we’re looking for

You’re a motivated and practical sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers in a field‑based role. You’re comfortable learning technical products, explaining their benefits clearly, and supporting customers through the sales process. With some experience in a sales or customer‑facing commercial environment, you’re proactive, target‑focused, and confident building relationships. You’re able to work independently while collaborating with a wider team, and you hold a full UK driving licence with the flexibility to travel.
