About the Role

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone truly invested in shaping young minds and guiding future leaders. The ideal candidate is:
- An Oxbridge (or equivalent) graduate in Classics, PPE, Literature, or a related humanities discipline.
- Nurturing and inspiring, with excellent classroom management and a genuine love for teaching.
- Experienced in small-group or independent school settings, with an understanding of selective school entrance preparation.
- A confident communicator, polished and personable—comfortable working in a school community that includes UHNW and VIP families.
- Naturally curious, with the ability to draw on a broad base of knowledge to enrich classroom discussions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ teaching experience (Teach First or similar programmes welcome) – PGCE or QTS is desirable but not compulsory
- A track record of encouraging deep thinking, questioning, and meaningful conversation in the classroom
- Passionate about delivering a world-class, holistic education
