Masterminds Education, one of Dubai’s most innovative and award-winning early and primary education institutions, is seeking a passionate and highly qualified Suzuki Violin & Piano Teacher. Music is a core part of our curriculum, and all children receive structured Suzuki-based training beginning at age 2. Parents often refer to Masterminds as the “Harvard of Preschools” due to our deep commitment to excellence, neuroscience-based methodologies, and personalized approach.
This role involves teaching small-group and individual lessons for children aged 2–12, within a premium, high-performance learning environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Formal Suzuki Method training with certification for Violin and/or Piano
- Strong proficiency and teaching capability in both violin and piano
- Experience teaching young children through the Suzuki approach (patience, warmth, creativity)
- Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and alignment with a high-performance culture
- Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver Suzuki-based violin and piano lessons for individual students and small groups
- Plan structured sessions aligned with Masterminds’ pedagogical approach and progression milestones
- Support student development through observations, feedback, and ongoing communication with parents
- Work collaboratively with our academic and performing arts teams
- Contribute to performances, showcases, and the broader performing arts program
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Suzuki certification (minimum Level 1+) in Violin, Piano, or both
- Additional Suzuki Early Childhood Education certification is beneficial
- Strong musicianship and teaching technique
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, adaptable, and able to maintain the premium standards of the Masterminds brand
Compensation & Benefits
