You\’ll be attending commercial properties across Central London, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to some of the UK’s leading pubs, restaurants, and retail outlets. No two days are the same, so if you enjoy variety, autonomy, and problem-solving on the fly – this is the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Attending reactive callouts and scheduled maintenance jobs Diagnosing and repairing general building fabric issues Completing first- and second-fix plumbing tasks Tackling carpentry works including door repairs, locks, and furniture fixes (Desirable): Flooring repairs/installation – Altro, vinyl, laminate, or similar Working closely with property and site managers to ensure minimal disruption Representing the brand with professionalism in client-facing environments What We’re Looking For: Solid experience in a multi-trade role with emphasis on plumbing and carpentry Confident working across general building maintenance tasks Experience In Hospitality Or Retail Environments Preferred Good fault-finding skills and ability to work independently Full UK Driving Licence Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude Floor laying experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker What You’ll Get in Return: Competitive salary – £35K-£45K + Overtime / Upto £275 per day – DOE Fully expensed Company Van & Fuel Card (PAYE) uniform provided Plenty of overtime available 25 days holiday + bank holidays (PAYE) Supportive management and room for progression A varied workload across premium London locations Apply Today This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable Multi-Trader who thrives in fast-paced, reactive environments.
