About Us

At Masterfix, we provide premium property maintenance services across London’s prime and super-prime residential developments and private homes. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Mobile Electrician to join our expanding team undertaking reactive electrical repairs, fault finding, testing and maintenance works across London. This role is ideal for a professional and customer-focused electrician who takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service within occupied residential properties. Sub-contractors will also be considered for this role.

The Role You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Reactive electrical repairs and fault finding
  • Electrical testing and inspection works
  • EICRs and associated remedial works
  • Maintenance and replacement of electrical accessories and components
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently
  • Working within occupied residential apartments and homes
  • Providing clear communication and updates to residents and clients
  • Accurately recording works using mobile job management software
  • Delivering a high-end customer experience at all times
  • Participating in a 1 week in 3 on-call rota (essential)

Requirements

Essential:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection Qualification
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as an Electrician
  • Proven experience undertaking reactive maintenance and fault finding
  • Previous experience working within Central London
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high working standards
  • Comfortable working within residents’ homes and high-end developments
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rota

Desirable:

  • NICEIC experience advantageous
  • Experience within prime or super-prime residential developments
  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience advantageous
