Key Responsibilities
- Client Orders & Administration
- Raise and process client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records and support invoicing when required.
- Ensure all administration is completed to a high standard.
- Supporting Engineer Scheduling
- Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure engineers are allocated correctly.
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates or changes promptly.
- Help maintain smooth coordination between clients and engineers.
- Client Communication
