Masterfix is one of London's leading property maintenance and technical services businesses, operating across prime and super‑prime residential developments. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to help drive new opportunities and expand our residential portfolio. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑led role for someone confident, personable and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in the property sector and the motivation to go out and find opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new buildings and developments by visiting target areas across London
  • Spend time on the ground — walking developments, spotting opportunities and making introductions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, managing agents, developers and freeholders
  • Generate new business opportunities within prime and super‑prime residential developments
  • Attend meetings, site visits and industry events, representing Masterfix professionally
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from introduction to service delivery

About You

  • Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching people face‑to‑face
  • Not afraid to put the leg work in (literally) to identify and secure new opportunities
  • Strong interest in property, buildings and high‑quality residential developments
  • Commercially minded, proactive and self‑motivated
  • Well organised with a professional and credible approach

This role would particularly suit a Property Manager looking to move into a business development role or someone already involved in prime or super‑prime residential developments. A candidate who enjoys being out and about, exploring London and building relationships.
