Reactive Maintenance Electrician
We're looking for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join our growing team.
This isn’t a repetitive installation role. Every day brings a different challenge.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose intermittent electrical faults.
- Restore power following an outage.
- Replace distribution equipment.
- Carry out lighting repairs.
- Investigate nuisance RCD trips.
- Repair communal electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency call‑outs in luxury residential developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of electrical experience.
- Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS7671).
- Testing and inspection qualifications such as 2391 or equivalent (highly desirable).
- Experience carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
- Experience in fault finding, remedial works and maintenance within occupied residential and commercial properties.
- Ability to work independently and deliver work to an exceptionally high standard.
