Masterfix is looking for a Passive Fire Coordinator to support our growing team, ensuring seamless delivery of fire protection services across our client portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and schedule passive fire safety works, ensuring compliance with regulations and client expectations.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to manage jobs from instruction to completion.
- Process job documentation, including compliance reports and certification.
- Maintain accurate records within our job management system.
- Ensure works are completed in line with industry regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in passive fire safety or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
