We’re seeking a proactive and commercially minded Operations Manager to join our team in Kennington, leading the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced reactive maintenance business. This is a key leadership role overseeing a team of mobile engineers, managing service delivery, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction across a diverse commercial and residential client base.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of mobile engineers, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout the service cycle.
- Commercial Oversight: Use your commercial acumen to drive operational performance, support business growth, and maximise profitability.
- Quoting & Estimating: Produce accurate desktop estimates for reactive repairs and minor works, balancing speed and attention to detail.
- Service Delivery: Monitor job progress, prioritise urgent works, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges as they arise, coordinating resources and liaising with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
