If you're someone who takes pride in diagnosing complex electrical issues, delivering exceptional workmanship and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Masterfix is one of London's leading property maintenance companies, trusted by prime residential developments, managing agents, commercial clients and private homeowners across the capital.

Our engineers work in some of London's most prestigious properties where technical ability, professionalism and customer care go hand in hand.

We're looking for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Electrician to join our growing team.

This isn't a repetitive installation role.

Every day brings a different challenge.

You could be diagnosing intermittent electrical faults, restoring power following an outage, replacing distribution equipment, carrying out lighting repairs, investigating nuisance RCD trips, repairing communal electrical systems or responding to emergency call-outs in luxury residential developments.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years' electrical experience who can confidently work independently, diagnose faults efficiently and deliver work to an exceptionally high standard.

Applicants should hold the current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (BS7671), with testing and inspection qualifications such as 2391 or equivalent being highly desirable.

Experience carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), fault finding, remedial works and maintenance within occupied residential and commercial properties will be a significant advantage.

You'll become part of our emergency response team, participating in a 1-in-3 out-of-hours call-out rota, helping deliver the responsive service our clients have come to expect.

We offer opportunities on both a self-employed and PAYE basis, giving you the flexibility to choose the arrangement that best suits you.

In return, you'll join a company with a strong reputation, an excellent support team, consistent work throughout the year and genuine opportunities to develop your career.

At Masterfix, we're passionate about delivering exceptional property care.

We don't just recruit good electricians—we invest in great people who take pride in their work, communicate professionally and enjoy solving problems that others can't.
