No two days. No two jobs. No standing still.

If you're the type of engineer who enjoys solving problems, turning your hand to a wide variety of repairs and taking pride in delivering an exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

Masterfix is one of London's leading property maintenance companies, trusted by managing agents, luxury residential developments, commercial clients and private homeowners across London.

Our engineers are known for their professionalism, technical expertise and ability to resolve problems first time.

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Reactive Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety.

One day you could be repairing doors and locks, replacing taps, making good after leaks, carrying out minor carpentry, repairing kitchen units or resolving snagging issues.

The next, you could be carrying out silicone and mastic repairs, replacing ironmongery, repairing ceilings or walls, fitting sanitaryware or undertaking a wide range of general property maintenance tasks.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years' experience in property maintenance who has built up a broad range of practical skills and takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work.

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, have excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities and be comfortable interacting with clients in occupied residential and commercial properties.

You'll understand that great customer service is just as important as great workmanship.

You'll also become part of our 1-in-3 out-of-hours call-out rota, supporting our clients when emergency situations arise and helping us maintain the exceptional service standards we're known for.

We offer opportunities on both a self-employed and PAYE basis, giving you the flexibility to choose the arrangement that best suits you.

In return, you'll join a business with a constant flow of work, a supportive operations team and genuine opportunities to progress as the company continues to grow.

At Masterfix, we don't expect our engineers to know everything—but we do expect them to be professional, resourceful, reliable and willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

If you're someone who enjoys finding solutions rather than problems, you'll fit right in.

If you're an experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineer looking for a fresh challenge with one of London's most respected property maintenance companies, we'd love to hear from you.
