We are looking for a highly organised Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Kennington & Nine Elms, focusing on planning and coordinating M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance works. Role Overview: As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing planned maintenance for private clients in the Nine Elms district. You will play a key role in scheduling M&E works, liaising with engineers and clients, and administering online payments for private maintenance services. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented role, requiring strong organisational skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
