Masterfix is a leading London-based property maintenance and refurbishment specialist, working across prime and super-prime residential properties and developments. As our minor works and refurbishment portfolio continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to take full ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to completion. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality residential works while managing clients, programmes, and supply chains.
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of minor works and refurbishment projects, typically within occupied residential buildings and high-value homes. Project types will include:
- Internal and external redecorations
- Apartment refurbishments
- Common parts upgrades
- Residential improvements and planned works
- Minor building and fabric works within live environments
You will act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and delivery teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Masterfix’s exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing, scoping, and preparing quotations for minor works and refurbishment projects
- Carrying out site surveys and defining scopes of work
- Managing projects from instruction through to handover and final account
- Coordinating labour, materials, subcontractors, and programmes
- Managing quality control, health & safety, and compliance
- Liaising with clients, managing agents, and stakeholders throughout delivery
- Commercial management including cost control, variations, and reporting
- Ensuring an exceptional client experience at every stage
