We are looking for a commercially astute and experienced Business Developer to join our Technical Services division, specialising in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and building engineering solutions for multi-dwelling residential properties across the London market. This is a pivotal role within a growing business, giving you the opportunity to shape and grow our market presence by delivering forward-thinking technical services that enhance building performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our footprint in the multi-dwelling residential sector.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, property managers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Tender Analysis: Review and assess incoming tenders, identify viable opportunities, and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions through commercial and technical evaluation.
- Proposal & Bid Management: Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, tenders, and bid submissions in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
