The Transfer Solutions group is responsible for designing, building, and operating the technology that powers Mastercard’s next-generation payment applications, including Domestic, Cross Border, and Bill Payments. We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to join our global team and lead strategic roadmap planning and cross-functional execution to deliver products that scale globally and enable money movement for millions of people worldwide. Our products are designed and built to run anywhere, for anyone. The ideal candidate will have strong payments experience, an understanding of technology patterns, frameworks, and trends, and the ability to synthesize information for various stakeholder groups – technology, product, risk, etc. A key aspect of this role will be working closely with technology leadership across the organization to foster a culture of excellence and deliver outcomes through defined execution frameworks and OKRs.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the engineering leadership team to establish and refine standardized agile delivery frameworks.
  • Drive consistency in engineering-led reporting across all programs in Transfer Solutions and work closely with product counterparts to drive improved communication to senior stakeholders.
  • Define scorecards and dashboards to monitor and analyse key performance indicators continuously and use this data to drive incremental improvements across engineering.
  • Partner with P&C and the Technology Program Management Guild to deliver robust Talent Acquisition and development programs to hire and grow talent.
  • Develop strong internal program management partnerships to ensure cross-functional alignment and execute on shared initiatives.
  • Lead by example to embed the Mastercard Way principles across the group.

  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading initiatives in the Payments domain.
  • Deep expertise connecting the dots between product strategy, technology-driven initiatives, and overall business priorities to help drive alignment across program verticals.
  • Deep knowledge of secure SDLC best practices, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates the ability to engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration to achieve collective outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate across various audiences to influence, inspire, and drive decision-making.
  • Highly collaborative leadership style leading to increased employee engagement.

  • Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
