Senior Specialist, Product Operations
Overview:
The Card Fulfilment team operates within the Product Operations function of Mastercard Prepaid Management Services for the global production and distribution of Prepaid Cards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable operating models for new and existing products by measuring operational performance through data analysis, along with interaction with internal and external stakeholders to provide data insights for stock management.

- Build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve efficiencies.
- Drive stock efficiencies through sales data analysis.
- Mentor and guide team members in efficient stock management and best practices.
- Collate and present sales data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Take initiative and actively seek activities to enhance skills.
- Support and lead tasks for new product launches to ensure project plan deadlines are met.
- Conduct reporting analysis for accuracy and identify trends that could pose risks to supply continuity.
