Overview
Join an agile, high‑performing team to drive revenue growth for Mastercard globally. The Global Acceptance team focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners across the acceptance value chain, driving long‑term revenue growth through active business development activities. This role is centred on Commerce Enablers, including Global Gateways, PSPs, Payment Facilitators, Payment Orchestrators, and eCommerce platforms. Reporting to the VP Business Development, Global Commerce Enablers, you’ll be responsible for relationship management with key clients, driving revenue growth through solution sales, and deploying strategically important products and services.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Defend and grow revenues through relationship management and commercialization of robust, flexible product solutions.
- Product Sales: Drive growth through product, services, and value‑added services (VAS) sales, such as MPGS and Services.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a successful sales pipeline of new business initiatives aligned with Mastercard’s strategy and goals.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue business development opportunities and innovative commercial proposals to increase revenue and market share.
- Client Relationships: Broaden relationships with client stakeholders to drive strategic discussions and entrench the Mastercard brand.
- Business Administration & Analytics: Support the broader Commerce Enabler team with analytics and planning.

- Experience: Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the payment acceptance value chain and business models deployed by tech companies.
- Problem‑Solving: Ability to think outside the box and recognize the value of alternative thinking.
- Communication: Excellent communicator and influencer with strong negotiation skills.
- Multi‑Tasking: Comfortable in a multi‑tasking environment, able to give clear direction to team and customers.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience in managing relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
- Internal Relationships: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, gaining support for the strategic direction of the business.
