In this role, you will drive the Cardholder Services program strategy and financial performance across select APAC markets, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand. You’ll align initiatives with Core Payments priorities, collaborate across teams, and deliver tangible client value. You’ll work on market opportunities, roadmaps, and performance tracking to support growth and client success. Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and market development to expand Cardholder Services in line with Mastercard priorities
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps reflecting market needs and competition
- Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to inform product innovation and GTM strategies
- Drive cross-functional execution and track performance of strategic initiatives
- Act as liaison between Cardholder Services and internal teams (Customer Solution Centers, Account Management, Billing, Product Leadership)
- Communicate program performance and customer feedback to stakeholders for alignment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support growth opportunities
- Ensure seamless program execution, manage escalations across vendors and internal teams
- Oversee billing and enablement processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor P&L, budget, forecast, and profitability across programs in designated markets
- Collaborate with Finance on billing accuracy and financial reporting
- Maintain risk mitigation and operational excellence across client programs
Key requirements
- 1–3 years relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience in product management, product development, and project management (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
