Mastercard’s Services organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. The Global product team is seeking a Product Growth Manager to support the evolution and expansion of the Advanced Analytics product suite. The Manager will help define and lead product commercialization efforts through Partnerships and Network Services, as well as Pricing strategies. Partners are a unique type of customer integral to the Advanced Analytics ecosystem. These include organizations that enable and enhance the functionality of our solutions for end users. Partners leverage our products to deliver value-added services to their own customers, often acting as intermediaries in the financial ecosystem. Their needs are distinct from traditional customers, requiring tailored solutions that align with their specialized business models and operational frameworks. The Network Services focus on further optimizing the Mastercard network to accelerate sales activities and drive value for our customers at scale.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Channel Sales and Partnerships team to identify best Go-To-Market strategies.
- Help identify the desired profile of potential Partners.
- Develop sales narratives, product collaterals, joint value proposition, engagement model, and pricing arrangements for Partnerships and Network Services, including data-driven business cases, sales targets, and incentives.
- Support partner onboarding and partner success, serving as the voice of the partner customer, capturing and translating requirements into actionable product enhancements.
- Set new pricing strategies (e.g., joint solutions, geo pricing).
All About You:
- Experience in either Partnerships, Network Services, or Pricing.
- Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who consistently and constructively challenges the team to drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to hit the ground running, adapt quickly, and take an action-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution that focuses on measurable results.
- Experience working and presenting to external-facing customers, especially large enterprise organizations, will be a plus.
- Previous experience in Media or Credit Risk will be considered a plus.
