Overview Mastercard Prepaid Management Services is a leading global provider of prepaid card program management services. The Product Change team sits within Global Product and supports the business in providing subject matter expertise and supporting reporting, finance and back‑end operational deliverables to launch new business, products, or client/process changes.

Role

  • Ownership of issuer and distributor onboarding documentation, ensuring it is regularly updated with feedback from cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Delivery of issuer and distributor onboarding sessions to external clients.
  • Work with Global product to identify feasible and cost‑effective solutions.
  • Develop knowledge to support basic queries.
  • Coordinate with other cross‑functional SMEs to create a considered and efficient solution suitable for all.
  • Review product specification documentation and contracts, identifying key considerations to share across the wider finance team for impact assessment and collate any feedback received.
  • Support production program testing in conjunction with the product delivery testing lead, responsibilities may include identifying categories of change highlighting any non‑standard deliverables.
  • Create project summary collating data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare test plan, schedule dates and resourcing.
  • Coordinate inputs required from other finance teams.
  • Raise work requests to DAO and UAT as required.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders during production testing.
  • Produce briefing materials for impacted operational teams.
  • Represent Product Change at project kick‑off meetings.
  • Understand and feed back any impacts to the wider finance team.
  • Capture and share impacts to reporting or transaction flows with impacted stakeholders.
  • Highlight blockers or issues as soon as revealed and identify alternative solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support team objectives.
  • Continuously improve the end‑to‑end project life cycle, documenting any procedural enhancements.
  • Provide internal training to support educational initiatives.
