Overview
In this role you will lead execution-focused client work in Mastercard Deploy, driving value through new products, streamlined implementations, and enhanced client capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product and tech teams to deliver outcomes that become the new business as usual. The position blends management consulting with data-driven insights to scale client impact across payments and related industries. Responsibilities
- Deliver new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently
- Implement products and solutions to establish the new business as usual
- Strengthen client internal skills and knowledge in critical areas
- Transform client processes and optimize management practices
- Lead requirements gathering and analyze business processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
- Translate requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions and support design, testing, and transition to BAU
- Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, process models, user stories, solution designs, and training materials
Key requirements
- 7+ years in business analysis and project management within the credit cards/payments industry
- Experience leading cross-functional workshops and aligning requirements with strategy
- Ability to identify opportunities from data and design future-state solutions
- Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work with development teams to support end-to-end delivery
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
